Please be aware that on Wednesday, January 21st, between 0100 and 0300 EST, Panorama switched its authentication system to FIS Infinity IdP. This includes multi-factor authentication. As part of this switch, you should have received an email from idp10-noreply@fisglobal.com containing a temporary password. Your old password will no longer work. Your username will not change. The workflow document, accessible from the link below, describes and illustrates the new login process and how to use your new temporary password to login. This change does not affect clients using single sign-on (SSO) access to Panorama.
